Join Conor and Daragh as they discuss ‘Stigma attached to men’s mental health’ to highlight and support World Mental Health Day: Mental Health in an Unequal World.

Daragh and Conor will be discussing some of the reasons why men don’t ask for Mental Health Help, why men die by suicide three to four times more often than women, and how mental health affects men.

Daragh Fleming is an author and mental health activist from Cork. He is the founder of Thoughts Too Big, a mental health resource which discusses daily mental health issues and how to navigate them.

Conor Stone is a mental health campaigner based in London. He is founder of A Mental Health Journey, which is a blog about his own mental health battles, as well as the host of The Mindful Minute Podcast.
