Our second Instagram Live Takeover for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek: Managing your mental health with Eoin Kernan and Brodie S. A. Thompson.

Brodie S. A. Thompson (she/her) is a kiwi who calls Dublin home. She’s passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health through sharing her own experience with anxiety, depression and bulimia.

Eoin Kernan, 39, is from Howth, Dublin. He featured in the documentary Unspoken on RTÉ – Nov 2021, which revealed what life is like living with an eating disorder, particularly as a male in Ireland. He is at home being active in and on the sea, kitesurfing and SUPing.

In this raw and honest chat, they both reveal their vulnerabilities and experiences of loneliness. They also share some personal tools and tips on how they deal with moments where they feel alone.
