Sit down and notice where your breath is entering and exiting your body.
Notice the sound of your inhale and exhale.

Bring your attention to your head and notice the space from the bridge of the nose to the back of the head.
Notice the space from the right ear to the left ear.

Notice the space from the throat to back of the neck.
Notice the space from the right side of the neck to left side of the neck.

Notice the space from the chest to the shoulder blades.
Notice the space from the right armpit to the left armpit.

Notice the space from the upper tummy to the midback.
Notice the space from the right ribcage to left ribcage.

Notice the space from the low tummy to the low back.
Notice the space from the right hip to left hip.

Observe how your mind and body feels.
Observe your breath and open your eyes when you are ready.
