Events

We create uplifting and fun events all throughout Ireland to help nourish our community. We’ve heard that our events have helped build solidarity as many compassionate and supportive conversations have rippled out amongst our communities as a result of taking part. This makes us so happy to hear. As well as helping us to sustain ourselves in our work (100% of event profits are driven back in to A Lust for Life to keep us going) our events offer a chance to take on a challenge with your friends, family, colleagues and local communities. Getting out of your comfort zone, setting yourself a goal and going for it can truly give you a sense of greater wellbeing and most importantly, they are always great craic too. Over 13,000 people have taken part in our events since our launch and we look forward to creating more. Keep an eye out for upcoming events soon.

The Ironmind beginner’s triathlon was born out of the foundations of the “Ironmind” documentary, which aired on RTÉ 2 last November. This followed the moving and inspirational stories of our four race ambassadors Colm, Jade, Orla and Mark on their honest and gripping journeys of self-discovery and pursuit to build greater understanding and control over their minds and bodies.
