We receive huge numbers of emails every day and as we are a very small mostly volunteer run team, it might take us some time to get back to you. Your patience and understanding is really appreciated.
GET IN TOUCH
For those currently in need of support
We fully appreciate that the nature of this website may mean you are seeking help at the moment. As we are not a counselling service and want to act within your best interests and within our own professional competence, we are unable to reply to your emails individually. As we recognise how difficult it can be for people to come forward, we commend you on reaching out and taking steps to get the help you, or your loved one, deserves.
We would strongly encourage you to contact support services in this link as there are great organisations and people who can help.
If you are under 18 and feeling distressed, we would urge you to tell a parent, teacher or a caring adult about how you are feeling and ask them to help you seek the support you need.
If you are feeling suicidal, please tell a loved one and contact your GP or go to A&E immediately. Remember, it takes courage, but it is always possible to overcome times of pain and distress.
