We all adopt and identify with specific roles in life, whether it’s mother/father, brother/sister, etc. As we get older, these roles may halt our ability to understand our own needs and find healthy ways to get those needs met. This video discusses challenging inherited/chosen roles and re-connecting with who we are as individuals.
